Paper presentations

Full conference paper presentations are firmly restricted to 25 minutes (Keynotes to 40 minutes). Each session has three presentations. After the presentation 30 minutes are reserved for discussions. The conference room is equipped with computers and VGA/HDMI cables for laptops. You can also bring your own laptop. Please also save your presentation on a USB stick and bring it with you. All presentations should be either in PPT or PDF format.

Posters

A poster is a visual approach to presenting research in order to generate active discussion of the project. Each poster contributor is expected to give a 5-10 minute presentation resp. explanation of the poster. Afterwards there will be time for questions and discussion.

Technical specifications:

  • Poster size: DIN A0
  • We recommended to limit the text to about one-fourth of the poster space.´
  • Use visual elements (graphs, photographs, schematics, maps, etc.) to tell your Story.
  • Keep the texts brief.

Posters are presented in the poster session. Each poster presenter is provided with a pin-wall. Please let us know if you need any other equipement (e.g. a desk, a power plug etc.).
We will announce the room for the poster session shortly. Please note, that the stands have to be ready no later that 5 April 2019 at 11 o'clock.
